What gets deleted

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Your account, your sign-in and your profile details
  • Your saved Mobile Money number, the messages you sent, and your notifications
  • The ratings you received
  • Your profile photo or logo, destroyed after 30 days
  • Rider verification documents (Ghana Card, licence, vehicle and identity photos), kept securely for 2 years and then destroyed

Before you delete: any active delivery must be completed or cancelled, and riders must settle any outstanding commission balance.

What stays: past deliveries, commission and payment records, and the ratings you gave others. The shops, riders and customers on the other side of those deliveries rely on them, so they are detached from your account and keep only the name as it appeared at the time.

Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax or dispute resolution under Ghanaian law) may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your password or phone number, email hello@seatonlogistics.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
